It was reported that under the air raids pressure of allies leaded by the U.S., oil output of ISIS had been declined greatly.

Recently, annual report published by IAEA said that air raids of allies had already reduced oil output of oil infrastructures controlled by ISIS to about 20 thousand barrels per day, which was less than about 70 thousand barrels, when ISIS occupies large number of lands rapidly in summer.

Air forces from the U.S., Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other countries launched air raids to bases of ISIS in Iraq in August and began to attack bases in Syria in September. Targets of allies include oil fields and refining facilities controlled by ISIS.

Meanwhile, Turkish government and Iraqi Kurdish regional government also prohibited oil smuggling activities of ISIS. It is estimated that ISIS can earn 1 million to 3 million dollars through selling oil.

The report quoted the speeches from officials of Islam and the Western that prohibition had decreased oil smuggled by ISIS from as much as 30 thousand barrels per day to less than 10 thousand barrels per day.

Air raids also destroyed tens of small refining facilities controlled by ISIS.

Since June, ISIS had launched several attacks to the largest oil refinery in Baiji, Iraq while failed to capture.

Report of IAEA pointed out that for reserves reduction, ISIS must seek for more fuels and funds sources.
