GB Elbow Molding Technology Basic Process

This technical article introduces the molding technology and basic process of GB elbow.
 
First weld a cross section of a polygon or multi ring shell whose both ends is closed, and when its internal is filled with medium pressure, with internal pressure the polygonal will gradually become round, and eventually become a circular ring shell. According to the requirements, a circular ring shell can be cut into four 90 degree belbend or six 60 degree elbow or other specifications elbow. The process is suitable for manufacturing any large GB elbow whose ratio of diameter and inner diameter is more than 1.5, and it is the ideal method of manufacturing the large pressure of elbow.
 
First use CAD technology to design a variety of different diameter, and within the 180 degrees, different materials of elbow tube use core and core head push system. Second as for large machine structure renovation, make the production ready to reach the technical requirements of large diameter thin-walled high temperature and the special material of elbow. Then prepare materials according to the required size, put into the big push machine and make various large elbow with 180 degrees. It fundamentally solves the problems of using existing methods of high temperature, poor processing quality, low production efficiency, material consumption, inefficient production and the technical problems of poor appearance. It can meet the requirements of large coal-fired power plants; satisfy the petroleum, chemical industry to high temperature and pressure pipeline.
 
GB elbow technical indicators
This technology is applicable to manufacture elbow whose work pressure is less than 10 MPa, bend diameter is 125mm and diameter ratio is 1.5 diameter, and there is no limit on the size of the elbow in diameter. For example, it can be used to process large elbow whose internal diameter is 12m and pitch diameter is 60m or more.
