Butt welded straight tee
Basic parameters: DN15-DN50 for socket welding, DN65 above for butt welding.
Manufacturing Process:
Stainless steel pipe → blanking → bulging →piercing and shaping → flat head → welding joint(or joint) → solution treatment → white washing → grinding welding marks → finishing → pressure detection → surface testing → labels and certificates → packaging and storage.
Technical Parameters:
1. The implementation and reference standards: GB / T 12771-2000 "stainless steel welded pipe for fluid transportation" and GB/T 12459-2005 "seamless steel straight tee."
2. The working temperature: -40 ℃~200 ℃.
3. Tensile strength: not less than 520Mpa, elongation should be not less than 35%, the experimental value is 733 Mpa.
4. Flattening experiment: flatten the straight tee to 1/3 of the outer diameter, there will be no cracks or slits.
5. Air pressure test: each straight tee has passed 1.6 Mpa pressure test.
6. Pressure test: after connecting pipes with straight tees, maintaining the pressure for 5minutes, there should be no leakage at the joint point.
7. Drawing test: the drawing force for socket argon arc welded straight tee should be 3 times of the national standard.
8. Corrosion resistance: the seam of the welded straight tee should be without any rust after salt spray test.
