Currently on the market most of the stamping elbow has high pressure and thick wall, among which intermediate frequency cannot push will use stamping process.

During welding, stamping elbow after heating can release carbide, and the release carbide will affect the performance of the stamping elbow, lower corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Stamping elbow after welding is harder, so it is easy to have cracks. You can choose different electrode for welding to guarantee the quality of welding stamping elbow. If using the same type of chromium stamping elbow electrode welding, it must experience above 300 ℃ preheat and 700 ℃ slow cooling after welding. If you cannot undertake the weldment heat treatment after welding, you'd better choose chrome-nickel stamping elbow. Different kinds of electrode in use have different performance and characteristics, you should select according to various requirements, so as to ensure the quality of the welding stamping elbow.
