3. Intermediate rate bend stamping processing is of high production efficiency, and easy to operate, easy to realize mechanization and automation. This is because the stamping rely on die and stamping equipment to complete the processing, ordinary press stroke can reach dozens of times per minute, high pressure to reach more than hundreds of times or even one thousand times per minute, and every time stamping stroke might get a shock.
4. Stamping processing has a large scope of processing. More complex shape parts, such as small to stopwatch, big to auto, etc., and with parts and stamping material hardening effect of cold deformation, the strength and stiffness of stamping are high.
